To become a better athlete, one must learn a number of
different skills. Firstly, athlete must
eat healthy. They cannot eat carelessly like junk food, oily food, fatty
food and else. It is because they have to maintain their BMI so that the
activities can going well. Secondly, they must have a strong physical and mental endurance. The training may be so hard
it is because the coach want their trainee will be more confident when
competition. Also their body become fit. Thirdly, basic skills in sports. It will be easier because coach does not
have to explain more. Then, you will learn more about the hardest part. In
conclusion, athlete must prepare themselves to be more health so that all the
training will be easier.
